COVID-19 MARKETING STRATEGY

For many businesses, the last 1-2 weeks have been confronting, if not downright scary. ⁠

Many have faced a significant loss of income and have been forced to try and make plans and predictions for the coming weeks and months in an environment that is changing constantly (myself included).⁠

However, there has never been a more important time to return to the core values of your business and stay present. ⁠DO NOT ABANDON YOUR MARKETING!

A few things to remember:⁠

◻️Stay calm. We're all in this together.⁠

◻️This situation is temporary. While ramifications may be seen for a while yet, it won't be forever and your business will have new opportunities on the other side.⁠

◻️The digital work presents plenty of alternatives to face-to-face contact. What can you implement to keep yourself afloat in this changing climate?⁠

◻️Don't abandon your marketing. Please. ⁠

While it can be tempting to shut up shop and go into hiding, more people are using social media than ever before. Stay up-to-date. Keep your existing clients and leads informed. Stay at the forefront of your target audiences' minds. Take this time to upskill, learn or pivot your offerings. And be ready to take on new opportunities for growth once this has passed. Because it will pass!⁠
